We had wonderful evening in this place. The service very well organised. A lot of people, but food was made fast. We liked a food and local wine. Our recommendations!

Our Airbnb host recommended this place and it did not disappoint. It's nestled up in the hillside town, so the drive can be a little exciting if you're new to the area. Very good local Tuscan cuisine. Yummy. The price was quite reasonable as well. Very friendly service, thank you.

This restaurant tucked away from the crowds, on the hills facing Prato offers a full immersion experience into the most traditional Tuscan cuisine, atmosphere, and vibe. The meat platter was incredibly balanced, with perfect pork chops and subtly seasoned sausages as strong points. But the true highlight lies in traditional dishes such as fried polenta with mushrooms. It's with the simplest of dishes like the panzanella (made of bread, onions, tomatoes and few other humble ingredients) that the talent of the cooks shines. Simply perfectly balanced flavour. The same applies to the pappa al pomodoro with a modern twist in the form of a melted burrata on top. The pasta is also exquisite, but here the attachment to tradition had me less excited: the flavour palette of the Bolognese ragu is again spot on, but don't expect more than the classic. 55 € per person including abundant wine, for frankly way too much food for a normal human. Excellent price quality ratio. Next time I am around I will definitely pay a visit.

In a group of 12 people. All meals looked good except mine. Unless you like really dry pork order anything else & you'll be fine.
